Here’s some of the syrup from this weekend. We had waffles for dinner last night with it.
It has great flavor, still kind of flowery like last year, though definitely darker.

It was an exciting moment for our family yesterday when we got our new evaporator pan for boiling down sap to make maple syrup. Here you see the boys as they help -K carry it to the porch. The boys are just too cute in this little clip!
